Snack Pack 2
Now that you’ve seen one of my Snack Packs, here is another template you can use in case you run out of ideas on what to pack. Again I made sure I included a lot of protein in my box (turkey, egg sandwich, rice with egg whites, turkey and vegetables) I also included whole grains and bread for your healthy carbs to give you energy and then a little low cal rice cracker snacks paired with walnuts for added protein and nutrients. The broccoli salad I threw in for more greens. Hope you enjoy this pack as much as I did making it.
This pack has:
1. 3/4 lb roasted turkey deli meat
2. Egg Salad Sandwich with cucumber slices on whole wheat
I cut off the edges and then slice in half to make it fit into the box. It also makes it look much more organized and pretty 🙂
