Blueberry Banana Barley Smoothie

Triple B Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, potassium, probiotics, fiber, and vitamins. I love this smoothie and it’s incredibly good for you minus all the sugar you find in normal smoothies. It’s also dairy free for those of you who are lactose intolerant or choose to consume less dairy.

Ingredients: serves 2
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup frozen banana or fresh banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
4 cups tangerine or orange juice or pomegranate juice

2 small spoonfuls of wheat and barley powder

Method:
1. Blend everything in your blender. There is no need to add ice since you have the frozen bananas and strawberries already. I like to freeze leftover bananas and strawberries in my freezer when I can’t finish them and use them for smoothies later.
2. Enjoy right away!
