guess who popped up in the crepe truck decked out in an evening dress and heels?!

ME of course. after a night of revelry, Crepes a go go, the local crepe truck becomes a hot spot for late night eats. The owner let me hop into the truck and work the line. I took orders and handed out crepes to customers.

My two fav crepes from there:
The #1 special with turkey, cheese, and.eggs
OR
The #3 special with ground beef, cheese, sour cream, jalapeno, scallions, and olives.

The #3 is my go to. I almost always go for this super crepe which sounds like a buritto. It is amazing
