This is one of my favorite meal replacement smoothies. I like making it right after my workouts in the morning. The consistency comes out almost like frozen yogurt. It’s DELISH and packed with protein, vitamins, potassium, and plenty of fluids. I eat this with a spoon actually because it comes out slightly thick in the beginning. Once it melts down a little, you can drink with a straw. I actually prefer it thick and eaten with a spoon. It’s like eating froyo!
Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 carton of silken tofu
1 cup of apple juice
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup frozen mangos
1/2 cup ice
2 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
Method:
Blend everything and serve in a large container and eat as you work!
Eating healthy can definitely be tasty 🙂
