So here is my last post from my LA trip before I get back onto my Asia Trip posts.
While I was in LA, I got to visit some of my favorite restaurants. I’ve already shared with you Kagaya, my favorite Shabu Shabu place. Now I introduce you to Angelini Osteria. Every time I go there, the food is always so consistently good. That is usually a true test to how good of a restaurant you are. There are very few restaurants that I’ve been to, that I feel can consistently churn out great food every single time you visit. I’ve been going to Angelini since 2004 and never have I ever had a bad meal there. Every single time I go, I always order the same 3 things: Pizza Margherita, Lasagna (sometimes I order the Duck Pappardelle), Lamb Chops. The lamb chops are always cooked to perfection, the seasoning on the Lasagna always amazing, and the Pizza is to die for.
At Angelini, you have to go all out and order 3 or sometimes 4 courses. Do as the Italians do, Pasta is only your first course and not your main course so don’t feel guilty when you chow down on all that pasta and pizza and grilled meats/seafood, you’re doing what you’re supposed to be doing.
Anyhow I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed eating and tasting every single dish we were served.
